StationX86 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Authority

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, integrating API endpoints, or utilizing the StationX86™ Facility Intelligence Platform (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, franchise network, or legal entity, you represent that you possess the full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Exclusive Ownership

All software, source code, 3D visualization algorithms, spatial floorplan builders, database schemas, trademarks (including StationX86™, KitchenOps Pro™, Ops-X-Pro™), user interfaces, and documentation are the exclusive personal property of Naushad Mohamed and StationX86 Technologies (Pty) Ltd, protected under the South African Copyright Act No. 98 of 1978 and international intellectual property treaties (Berne Convention, WIPO, WTO TRIPS).

Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable subscription license to access the platform during an active billing cycle. Reverse engineering, decompilation, unauthorized framing, or reselling of the platform code is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

StationX86 provides commercial-grade availability with a 99.9% scheduled uptime guarantee across our Google Cloud Platform and edge infrastructure. We maintain 24/7 automated monitoring, proactive incident detection, and multi-zone database replication to ensure zero disruption to your store floor operations.

4. Customer Data Ownership & Audit Logs

You retain 100% full ownership over all equipment inventories, preventative maintenance histories, fryer filtration records, employee safety checklists, and uploaded inspection photos. StationX86 stores these records in immutable, cryptographically isolated tenant vaults. You may export your complete maintenance history at any time.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected zone footprint (Starter, Multi-3, Growth, Professional, or Enterprise). Multi-currency payments (USD, ZAR, GBP, EUR, AED) are processed securely through certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processors.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible until the end of the paid billing cycle, after which it can be archived or permanently purged upon written request.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of South Africa or resolved through international commercial arbitration.
